Villa Victory is placed at the west Istrian coast in a district of Umag (named Punta) which is nearest to the beautiful beaches. The Villa has its history in lang syne when it was the only house at Punta surrounded with wine-rich vineyards and interesting olive groves. Villa is owned by family Sabadin which has a lot of experience in tourism, with particular regard apartment rental. Until recently with two, and from summer 2007 with six apartments and pool this Villa is outshining others in this part of Umag. Main colors of Villa Victory are yellow and green and they present sun and beautiful nature of Istria as the western region of Croatia. Great advantage of Villa Victory is a nearness to sea and tennis courts. Some apartments offer a sight to the sea, and the nearest beach and tennis court is only 150 meters away. Near to Villa is the store and the restaurants with wide offering of the fish and traditional Istrian meals.
